Now in its ninth year, Garrmalang Festival continues to shine as a jewel in the NT’s cultural crown. Honouring the oldest living culture in the world, Garrmalang Festival is presented and held at Darwin Entertainment Centre. DEC has a long association of presenting and developing First Nations works and has played a crucial role in supporting the creative team at Garrmalang Festival from its inception. Garrmalang Festival is Darwin’s only major multi-arts event led by a First Nations creative team, bringing Darwin City to life, vibrant with energy and creativity.
